Detached house
A fully renovated luxury home designed by our architect and built with materials that blend seamlessly into its surroundings.
A complete restoration of the entire space was carried out, changing the layout and remodeling and renovating the main elements of the home. Openings were made in the façade to allow more light into the rooms, creating greater brightness and a sense of spaciousness.
It boasts spectacular quality materials and finishes, having been completely renovated a few months ago.
The home stands out for its design, interior design, and quality materials, and is characterized by magnificent natural light in all rooms.
RURAL HOTEL
The renovation of this boutique hotel took place in a detached house in a rural village.
With the renovation, the establishment has expanded from 4 rooms to 10, opting for a boutique model with different room types, all with distinct styles and designs, fully focused on the well-being and complete relaxation of its guests.
Furthermore, the renovation has created facilities that are perfectly in tune with the surrounding nature, such as the incredible outdoor pools, gym, game room, dining room, jacuzzi, garden, and panoramic terrace.
Every detail has been carefully considered: four-poster beds, hardwood furniture, fireplaces, and large windows with views of the volcanoes.
